¿Qué es un transportador en espiral?

a) Es un equipo con la capacidad de acumular grandes cantidades de producto en un área muy pequeña, aprovechando la capacidad vertical de la planta de producción para lograr este requerimiento.

b) Esta capacidad de acumulación permite que su producto espere un proceso adicional o se le otorgue un tiempo de espera o cambio de temperatura (enfriar ambientalmente, refrigerar o congelar) o permitir que se forme un "stock" del mismo para compensar cualquier error o falla del sistema.

c) El diseño y el funcionamiento del equipo hace que el proceso de producción se convierta al tipo "FLUJO CONTINUO" evitando el trabajo en "lotes", asegurando la calidad continua uniforme.

d) Al seleccionar la banda mas adecuada para cada proceso, puede manejar productos en rangos de temperatura desde los -40ºC hasta mas de 100°C
